Baked Avocado and Egg

Ingredients:
1 x Avocado
2 x fresh 60g eggs
Cayenne pepper or paprika, to taste

Directions:
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone, and scoop out some of the avocados to make the hollow a little larger. Crack an egg into each half, and bake in a Medium oven till the egg is cooked to your liking.
