Baked Thai Cod

​Ingredients :
100g white fish fillet/cod
2 slices fresh ginger
Small bunch of coriander
Juice 1 lime
Zest 1/2 lime
Chillies to taste
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt
Square of foil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Chop Coriander, chillies, garlic and lime zest Place fish fillet on foil square Cover in chopped ingredients Squeeze over lemon
Add salt Fold foil to create a sealed pockedPlace foil in oven proof dish
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
