Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
100g thin sizzle steak
1 sliced brown onion
Tamari
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sour cream from the daily allowance
a sprinkle of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 pkt Konjac rice rinse and drained
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips and toss in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and a splash of tamari.
Add to a hot good non-stick pan along with sliced onions and stir fry till cooked and nicely coloured. Add sour cream and stir through well adding chives.
In Another pan, dry off the Konjac rice and toss with garlic powder and parsley.
