Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Breakfast Recipe
5 Mini Toasts
3 Tsp Natvia
Cinnamon
Boiling Water
1 Tbsp Philadelphia
Dash of lemon Juice
Directions:
Crush 5 mini toasts, 1 tsp Natvia and a dash of cinnamon finely. Add a dash of boiling water and stir to make a crumb mixture.
Put in small ramakin and pat down to form biscuit base (Add another dash of boiling water if needed) place in fridge.
In another dish mix 1 tbsp. Philadelphia, 2 tsp of Natvia and a dash of lemon juice so it's a pancake consistency (slightly runny). Pour on biscuit base, top with blueberries and freeze for 5 mins (or longer).
