Celery Soup
Phase 2
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup of chopped celery
1/2 clove of minced garlic
1 Cup of chicken stock
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Fresh chopped parsley or chives
Fry onion and celery in a non stick pan for 10 mins. Add garlic and cook for 1 min. Add stock and seasoning. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 mins. Garnish with chives and parsley.
