Celery Soup! Great meal or snack!
Our fat burning weight loss soup will win you over in the first bite. With minimal ingredients but lots of flavors, this soup is a great way to help lose weight. you can keep this soup as it is or blitz it up in the blender. You could also serve it with some chicken or other proteins to make it that bit more! Perfect for those cold winter nights!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 clove, minced garlic
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Chilli flakes (for a bit of spice if wanted)
- fresh chopped chives & parsley (to taste)
Instructions:
Fry onion and celery in a nonstick pan or 10 minutes. add garlic and cook for 1 min. add stock and seasonings bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
garnish with chives and parsley.
Have this soup as it is or blitz it all together in a blender (make sure it's not too hot still) You could also add a bit of chicken for some protein for lunch or dinner!!
