Chicken Carbonara
Ingredients:
75g chicken breast
salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 chicken stock cube
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp cream
1 tsp chopped parsley
Konjac Spaghetti
1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Direction:
Finely chop chicken breast. Sprinkle on a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder and toss chicken thoroughly in it. fry in a pan with a little water and a sprinkle of a chicken stock cube to add flavor.
In a small bowl, put 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tbsp cream, and a tsp finely chopped parsley. Mix together.
Add spaghetti to the pan with chicken and toss thoroughly together. Then add egg mixture and stir through.
Serve immediately, do not overheat or it will curdle the egg. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
