Chicken Curry

- Phase 2 Recipe
SERVES 4

Ingredients:
400 Gr chicken breast
1 TBS turmeric
1 TBS ground cumin
1 TBS Garam masala
1/2 TBS ground ginger
1/2 TBS ground Chilli
2 TBS Apple cider vinegar
400 Gr diced tomatoes
1/2 cup water
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh coriander to serve
Konjak rice

Direction:
Put chicken and spices & vinegar in a bowl and mix to coat well
Brown in batches
Add tomatoes and water and cook on low one hour
Serve with rice & coriander
