Chicken Pizza

Phase 2 Recipe
​40g Chickpea flour
​70g soda water
​1tsp chicken stock powder
​60g chicken
​1 onion
​Homemade tomato paste
​​pinch of herbs
​1 Tbsp Mozzarella
​Mix flour, soda water, chicken stock, herbs and flour together. Pour into sprayed pan and leave until 1 side fully cooked. (5 mins on low) Flip and cook another 5 mins. Add to a baking paper lined tray. In pan fry 1 onion and the chicken until onion darkness. On base of pizza add homemade tomato paste, Top with hot onion and chicken. Add 1 Tbs mozzarella and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minus until base browns on edges.
