Chicken Pizza
Phase 2 Recipe
Ingredients:
40g Chickpea flour
70g soda water
1tsp chicken stock powder
60g chicken
1 onion
Homemade tomato paste
pinch of herbs
1 Tbsp Mozzarella
Salt.
Directions.
Mix flour, soda water, chicken stock, herbs and flour together. Pour into sprayed pan and leave until 1 side fully cooked. (5 mins on low) Flip and cook another 5 mins. Add to a baking paper lined tray. In pan fry 1 onion and the chicken until onion darkness. On base of pizza add homemade tomato paste, Top with hot onion and chicken. Add 1 Tbs mozzarella and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minus until base browns on edges.
