Chicken Tenders

Phase 2 Recipe
​1 Cup of egg whites
​1kg chicken breast sliced into tenders
​1/2 tsp salt
​1/2 tsp black pepper
​1 1/4 cup grated parmesan ( 1 tbs dairy allowance per serving )
​3/4 cup ground grissini sticks
​Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Place the grated parmesan and grissini in a dish and egg whites in another. Dip the chicken in the egg white and coat thoroughly. Then place them in the ground grissini and parmesan to coat completely. Place in non stick pan and brown 2-3 minutes on each side on medium-high heat. Then place on a non stick baking tray in oven for 10 minutes until cooked through.
