Chicken Tikka


500g diced chicken
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp gram masala
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp of plain yogurt
500g crushed tomatoes
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger
3 tbsp cream


Marinate chicken with paprika, cayenne, gram masala, turmeric, cumin, and plain yogurt. Set aside.
Cook down the chicken in a medium-high pan. Once cooked, remove chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, cook down the onion, fresh ginger, garlic, and the same spices from the marinade.
Throw in tomatoes rushed and roughly blended tomato and 3 tbsp of cream. Let simmer. Add a portion of chicken to a portion of the sauce, some washed and seasoned Konjac noodles.
Makes 5 serves.
