Fish cakes with Celery Salad
Phase 2 Recipe
1 kg any white fish.
( make mince, add 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves)
2 eggs, Salt and pepper, mix well.
Make crumbs from melba toasts.
Each cake is 50 gr.
Bake in oven 180 degrees, for 30 min.
Note* 2 cake per serve
Celery cut in slices - Marinated in lemon juice salt and pepper for 30 minutes in a fridge. Dressing is 1 tspoon of yougurt, 1/3 tea spoon dry mustard, lemon juice, 2 tea spoon acv. Chili salt. Mix together all ingredients. Add 1/2 thinly slice red onion.
