Prawn Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Egg - x2 small
Prawns - 50g
Garlic - 3 cloves sliced
Spanish onion - half, chopped
Baby spinach - a good handful
Asparagus - bunch, chopped 1cm bits
Slendier rice - 1 pack = 2 serves
Celery - 3 sticks, thinly sliced
Cabbage - small chunk, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Fry everything together in a hot pan until veggies are tender. Enjoy.
Two servings. No need for extra flavouring. Very filling.
