Home made Falafel

Ingredients:

250g chickpeas
1 small bunch parsley
bunch of coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 small onion
1 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
water to loosen

Directions:
Place pre-cooked chickpeas along with a small bunch of parsley and coriander in a food processor and process until smooth. Add cumin and salt. Add onion and garlic. May need to add a little water to help smooth it out.
Roll them in balls and flatten a little. can be cooked in an air fryer for about 10 mins. Cook in a moderate oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
