Japanese Prawn Pancake


100g green prawns
2 cups green cabbage
2 eggs
1/2 chopped red onion
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1 tsp chopped fresh chili
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger

splash of braggs
black pepper


Beat the eggs and add garlic, ginger, Braggs, and black pepper in a large bowl, add prawns, veggies & coriander, mix together. Cook in a good non-stick pan with the lid on. To cook the other side, flip onto a plate and transfer back to the pan.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon or hot sauce.
