Prawn & Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients:

100g prawn meat (head and tailed removed) (Lobster or Crab)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
Asparagus (15 spears)
1 T fresh ginger

Directions:
Add prawns, garlic, and ginger into pre-heated frypan. Stir fry for 3-5 mins. (If needed, add small amount of water.) While that cooks, snap ends off of asparagus. Cut asparagus into 5cm pieces. Remove prawns from frypan and add asparagus. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Re-add prawns to pan and heat for 1 minute to heat through.
