Savoury Muffins
Phase 2 Recipe
100g Red lentil flour ( or chickpea )
Italian herbs
Garlic powder
Fresh basil
Fresh coriander
Shallots
Chilli Flakes
Onion Flakes
Sodawater ( enough to make a runny batter )
To serve : cherry tomatoes, S + P, 1 Tbs cream cheese.
Directions : Mix all dry ingredients, shallots and fresh herbs. Mix in soda water. The consistency should be a runny pancake batter. Pour into muffin tin. Bake at 16- degrees for 15-20 mins. Slice in half and spread cream cheese and cherry tomatoes on top.
