Scotch Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
50g boiled egg
50g chicken mince
crushed melba toast
1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
spray oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
- Boil an egg. Wrap in chicken mice. Crush some melba toasts and add the salt & pepper and parmesan and mix.
- Roll the egg in the mixture. Spray a non-stick pan with spray oil and fry the outside of the egg until brown and mince is cooked through.
