Thai Chicken

Ingredients:

1kg chicken breast
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp dried ginger
red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Put spice, yoghurt, soy sauce, lemon and herbs in a bag, add chicken
Marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge, turning regularly to coat.
Grill or bake chicken at 180 degrees for 15-25 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
