Tomato and Lentil Soup

Ingredients:
400g red lentils
1 finely chopped brown onion
5 cups chicken stock
4-5 tomatoes
1 tabs garlic
pepper & chili to taste
chives & sour cream for decoration on top

Method:
Cook on low in the slow cooker for 4hrs.
Puree the soup until smooth.
Serve with melba toast
Makes 4 serves
