Tomato and Onion Quiche
Ingredients:
100 Gr chickpea or lentil flour
2 eggs
Soda water
1 small onion
2 tomato’s chopped
Garlic salt pepper
And any herbs & spices you like
Directions:
Mix the flour soda water & eggs with a whisk pour little by little soda water in until pancake consistency, add all the other chopped ingredients into bowl stir with spoon . Fill 4 holes of sunbeam pie maker. Cook till the top is light brown
2 quiche is one serve
The recipe makes 12.
