Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

1 small onion diced
300g of tomatoes
1 tbsp of dill
4 stock cubes
cup of water
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp cream
1/2 tbsp cheese

Directions:

Dice the onions, throw everything in a pot, bring to noil then reduce heat to just under half and cook till onions are soft.
Then blend with a stick blender, food processor or blender.
You can have this as a snack, or with your protein for lunch or dinner.
